PARTNER HIGHLIGHTS

Womble Bond acquired a total of four partners including three bankruptcy partners from Poyner and one environmental Partner from Paul Hastings. Williams Mullen added three partners to their team including a duo from Fox Rothschild with corporate and environmental practices and a real estate partner from Nexsen Pruet. McGuireWoods continued to grow their M&A and securities team with two corporate partners from Smith Anderson.

ASSOCIATE HIGHLIGHTS

50% of the associate movement for Raleigh is attributed to associates relocating to the market. The most popular markets associates relocated from include Charlotte, NYC, DC, Richmond, Silicon Valley and Dallas. 26% of the lateral movement is attributed to associates relocating to other markets such as Charlotte, DC, Miami, and Atlanta.
